- Coaching sessions are designed to support you in achieving personal and professional goals. However, they do not replace therapy or other mental health services.
- The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes; success depends on the client’s commitment and engagement.
- Scheduling and Cancellations
- Booking Sessions: All sessions must be scheduled in advance, using the tools provided on our website or by contacting info@melloncoaching.com .
- Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.
- Payments
- Payment is due prior to each session or as agreed in the coaching package. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Paypal, Bank transfers.
- Refunds for unused sessions are only provided under certain circumstances and at the discretion of Mellon Coaching.
- Confidentiality
- All information shared in sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in situations that pose a risk of harm.
- The coach agrees to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all communications, records, and interactions.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including materials provided during coaching, is the intellectual property of Mellon Coaching and cannot be copied or used without permission.
